What is your cancellation policy?
On reservation a non refundable 25% deposit is requested. Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited.  Bookings cancelled 7-3 days prior to arrival, a 3 day cancellation fee applies.  Bookings cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, full cancellation fee applies.  In extenuating circumstances only, you are asked to contact our Sales team. When is my balance due?
The balance is due on arrival.

What are the restaurant opening times?
Breakfast: 07.30 – 10.30 Lunch: 11.30 – 18.00 Dinner: 18.30 – 21.30

What does breakfast consist of?
A full buffet breakfast is served. English breakfast is available on request.

What happens if breakfast is missed due to early flight departure?
Clients who miss out on Breakfast receive a lunch pack (ham & Cheese sandwich etc. & a piece of fruit) instead. The coffee and tea is provided in the lobby area since the restaurant is not open until 7.00am. One has to advise our receptionist on duty at least a day before.

Are special diets catered for?
We cater for just about any special diets, but advance notice is preferred.

Do you supply pool towels?
Pool towels are supplied from reception against a refundable deposit

How far is it to the nearest Supermarket/ bank/ ATM/ pharmacy?
A small grocery shop as well as an ATM can be found just outside the hotel in the resort square.  Otherwise these can all be found approximately 3 km away in Victoria.

Are pets allowed?
Regrettably we are unable to accommodate pets.

Does the hotel have a car park?
Public parking is available outside the hotel free of charge.
